22+ years of diverse corporate experience has been an interesting and fulfilling journey, both personally and professionally, spanning across Leadership roles, HR Global COE Leader roles, M&A and large scale transformations . Have always strived to raise the bars of business partnering by being a trusted partner and Advisor to the Leadership team.
I am also a certified Coach with a keen interest on Leadership and Transition Coaching. As an HR Leader who has also been on the business side, I truly believe in stretching beyond traditional HR boundaries and have strived to position HR more than just a department or function—and transform itself into a distinctive capability embedded throughout the organisation. Lifelong learner and risk taker, moved across functions ranging from Human resources, Consulting, Project Management .
On a personal side, love the hills and don't miss a chance to get going . Champion a few NGOs working with underprivileged kids. Having played National Level Hockey and also an athlete, its always a pleasure to go back to some sports and revive my spirits.
Would be very keen to have conversations on Transformational people strategies , Business Collaboration and Coaching.

I have two passions in my professional life: technology and helping people develop themselves into their version of what success looks like. I have been very fortunate to work at some amazing tech companies in the Silicon Valley – from Inktomi to VMware to Yahoo and now at Nokia.
I have had some great mentors over the years and learned a lot from my mistakes. I love to share the stories of my failures because they have made me who I am today. I am still learning every day! I love talking to Millennials and Gen Z’s who give me great feedback on what they are looking for in the ideal workplace. They remind me that they are Human BEINGS and not Human Resources and I am striving to create great digital experiences for them so they can continue to grow and thrive.
I have two amazing children, Wolfgang and Charlotte (aka Cha Cha) and we, along with my husband Chris and two dogs, live in the Santa Cruz Mountains amongst the redwoods. I would love to hear your thoughts on how we can create a digital future and challenge the status quo of HR!
